COMPLIANCE & SAFETY COMMITMENT
SLSS, INC., as a public company, takes safety and compliance as a number one priority following state laws and regulations.
All employees are given instruction for the proper procedure to follow in the event of an injury. At our Safety Orientation, employees are advised that a mandatory drug/alcohol screen will be conducted in the event of a work injury. Each employee is required to read and sign our Safety Rules policy.
We will work with each client to determine safety equipment needs for employees.
SLSS, INC. will make available a Safety Video which outlines basic safety awareness, lifting techniques and a common sense approach for personal safety.
Many employees participate in the SLSS, INC. Safety Incentive Program. Each program is customized to each client and their specific workplace.
